Noor Deira Steel Trading L.L.C. is a B2B steel trading company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. These terms apply to the supply of steel products to trade buyers, contractors, fabricators and manufacturers. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer capable of acceptance; all supply is subject to a written quotation and the acceptance of an order by Noor Deira Steel Trading L.L.C..

Prices are quoted on request and confirmed in writing for the specific specification, quantity, destination and delivery terms stated on the enquiry. Prices are not published on this website and no figure shown anywhere on this website is a binding price.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in a written quotation, prices are exclusive of freight, insurance, duties, taxes and any destination charges, and are subject to change where the specification, quantity, delivery basis, or market conditions change before the order is accepted.

The buyer is responsible for stating the full specification, including the product form, governing standard and edition, grade or class, delivery or heat-treatment condition, dimensions, tolerance basis, required testing, inspection and documentation.

Where an enquiry states only a product name or a shorthand trade term, Noor Deira Steel Trading L.L.C. may ask for the missing details before quoting. Technical comparisons, guidance and tools published on this website are provided to help buyers specify their requirement; they are not a substitute for the project specification or for the buyer's own engineering judgement.

An order is accepted only when confirmed in writing by Noor Deira Steel Trading L.L.C.. Any order confirmation prevails over conflicting terms in the buyer's documents unless Noor Deira Steel Trading L.L.C. agrees otherwise in writing.

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly agreed as firm in writing. Delivery terms follow the Incoterms stated in the quotation. Risk and title transfer in accordance with the agreed delivery term or, where none is stated, on delivery to the carrier.

Lead times and availability are confirmed against the verified enquiry and are not guaranteed by anything published on this website.

Payment terms are stated in the written quotation or order confirmation. Where payment is not received in accordance with the agreed terms, Noor Deira Steel Trading L.L.C. may suspend further supply and recover amounts due together with any applicable costs.

Certificates, inspection documents and test reports are issued to the document set named in the order. Where third-party inspection is required, it must be stated at the enquiry stage so it can be scheduled and priced. Once material has been dispatched, claims relating to visible defects should be notified promptly and before processing.

Claims must be notified in writing within a reasonable period of delivery and, where a defect is alleged, the material must be preserved for inspection. Noor Deira Steel Trading L.L.C.'s liability for any claim arising from supply is limited to the value of the goods supplied under the relevant order, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Noor Deira Steel Trading L.L.C. is not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including mill allocation, transport disruption, port congestion, industrial action, sanctions or changes in law.
